All photographs are licensed in accordance with copyright and license notices in their EXIF, IPTC or XMP metadata, or in their watermark.  In most cases, this will be some version of GNU GPL or Creative Commons license.  Any photograph lacking such copyright or license is hereby licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 United States License, unless accompanied by an attribution or photo credit to someone other than Mark A. Taff.

Source Code

All source code files are licensed in accordance with the license statement in the file's header.  In most cases, this will be some version of GNU GPL, or some other Free or Open Source license.  Any source code lacking such a license statement, including example source code snippets in articles unless otherise attributed in the accompanying text, are hereby licensed under the GNU GPL, version 3.

Articles

Articles, new items, and/or other writings are not licensed unless noted by a Creative Commons license notice at the bottom of the article, news item, and or other writing.

Many icons are derived from from KDE.  Others are from the AdriX1.1 icon theme.  Still other are from Everaldo's crystal icons. A couple are original creations.
