Seattle 2009 Quick & Dirty Boatbuilding Competition

Sadly, we didn't win.  But neither did Jensen Maritime. :-)

On a positive note, none of the teams sank or swamped, though of course everyone took on at least a little water.  Most of the shots below show the two Bellevue College teams, though there are some shots of our competition.  I haven't had a chance to add descriptive comments to each shot yet, but I'll get to it.

As I wasn't on either of the build teams, I just lent moral support and documented the builds.  Next year I definitely want to be on one of the build teams.
